The older I get the more I learn about my father.
- He loved cookies. But he didn’t tell anyone
- He was a really tolerant Republican, like he totally supported Gay Marriage.
- No, he really, really loved cookies. Like he was sneaky about how much he loved cookies.
- His favorite types of cookies? Fig Newtons, and those Butter Danish Cookies that come in the large tins you get at Costco, and Oatmeal Rasin Cookies.
- He also, apparently, loved those large variety tins of popcorn.
The conclusion? My father was weird, and ridiculous, like me.
