So… This is in accordance with my new life goal.  Please feel free to send cookbooks my way. paperclippy: Irish Puddings, Tarts, Crumbles, and Fools: 80 Glorious Desserts. Since I am Irish and its St. Patty’s day this week I went in search of cool Irish cookbook’s and this one fit the bill. Especially because it is all sweets! From lemony pudding to fruit-filled tarts and berry-laden crumbles, these contemporary renditions of the traditional Irish desserts make perfect use of common staples such as oatmeal, fruit, dairy products, and, of course, whiskey.
